I love this computer. Great size for split-screening documents and working toward a paperless office. It's Core i5 is even a little faster than the Core i7 that my laptop has. And what a great looking computer. I was so psyched when I set it up, that I redid my whole office.

Bought this on 1/10/16 and ready to throw it in the garbage. Should have known with the issues on the last HP but this was readily available for same day take home. Screen size is great. Wireles keyboard and mouse are WORTHLESS. Sporadic connectivity, gets "hung up" frequently, inconsistent reliability. Yes, I could buy new, but why should I? These were designed and paired to the computer. Seriously HP. Sorely disappointed with the "speed" of things. Opening files/programs is slow. Web is slow (my speed tests at 120 MBPS). I am ready to take it back and switch to a Mac, which I may do this weekend. DON'T BUY THIS COMPUTER!!!! Spent an hour on the phone today with HP support and he finally said "I think you need to backup your data and recover the original operating system." Right!

Had this computer less than a week and the Wi-Fi driver stopped working. Was frustrated enough that I took it back to get a new one. So far it's working perfectly. I still like this computer a lot. Hopefully this was just an isolated incident. The staff was very helpful and had no problems exchanging.

I have never been so aggravated with a computer. The keyboard supplied out of the box cannot keep up with my keystrokes, and this unit loses internet connection at random times. Great sound, great video (when it maintains an internet connection) but this is not for productivity. There is no fluidity with the mouse and keyboard. Lag times between websites. So disappointed.

The 27 inch screen is super. The lack of an optical drive is a bummer. I can't experience the difference of having a 12gb memory card (it feels the same as my old computer that had 8 gb) I had to do a factory restoration within a month of purchase because a white dot appeared on screen that commandeered the mouse pointer. Once that was solved it has been great. Not a fan of windows 10!!

computer is fast and easy to use. I all in one is great also.

I have had this computer for two days and would take it back if I had a legit reason to return it. Windows 10 took 24-hrs to up-date. Runs erratic causing other problems. Keyboard is cheap. Sometimes it will give you 2-4 letters when typing. They are not soft touch keys. You have to hit them to work. Mouse runs erratic even on most sensitive setting. You can watch the light go out in it and come back on. So far my only good comment for this computer is the screen. I bought this to replace an old lap top that was getting slow and this is worse.

I love my hp all-in-one. I had read previous reviews about the keyboard and mouse and chose to ignore them. The computer works amazingly well, I ditched the keyboard and mouse that came with it, and used a wireless keyboard and mouse of my own. The screen is large, the graphics clear. The system runs smoothly. I highly recommend.

OMG!!! I put this in My large eat in Kitchen... We watch Tv on it in morning while having coffee & use it while doing a new recipe right from the computer step by step....The gaming is also a hit with the touch screen . I can not believe anyone would have any problem with this awesome desk top....Just right !!!

My old HP all-in-one computer broke after 4 yrs of usage. Saw this one and would give another try. Encounter multiple problems after getting few updates, First, I lost internet connection for no reasons. Have to back up and get it to work. B) try to use speaker phone jack to add a better speaker. It will not allow me to adjust. Other computer will automatically detect it.

Love this all in one! Great value for the money!!!

We have found this computer easy to set up and run. My husband who is not too computer literate, has had no problems with Windows 10. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my PS 5 and my old Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro worked well when I loaded them on to this computer. I just wish that Microsoft Edge had an ad blocker and worked with Norton Security Vault.

i GOT THIS TO REPLACE A 9 YR OLD HP tower (I HAD UP-GRADED THE HARD DRIVE A FEW YRS BACK CUZ OLD ONE QUIT) FIRST OFF THIS NEW HP ENVY IS SOOOO SLOW. also sound card (if it has one) is terrible. New Logitech 100.00 system with sub,,,has NO bass. New audio tecnica head phones and head phone amp? same thing. I'm NOT blaming best buy but....they should have known this. I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars at b.b. and this is the first item ( to their credit) I have been unhappy with. I will be taking it back asap. Im sure they will refund my money.

I got an open box, like very much the product, only bad thing is later i found that the mouse was with a missing part. So not a big deal, bought a new one for $9,99

You need to put it somewhere high so I'm not sure it was worth buying the all in one.

If you buy this for grandma, you are probably OK. If you do any online gaming, DON'T BOTHER with this. The graphics card is weak and can't handle much. On Second Life, for instance, the graphics card shuts down after about 10 minutes and locks your keyboard. It happens on other graphics intensive games too. I believe that the card is NOT up-gradable either. These all-in-one Envy models are horrible. Every time I've discussed problems with graphics cards online with others, it seems they all have these HP units. In addition, the wireless keyboards are very laggy at times which is really annoying if you are a quick typist. Like I said, its a grandma machine at best. Assuming grandma is not a high-level gamer.

Best computer. I would highly recommend all HP products

First day it froze, few days later it lagged, few days after that my internet disconnected and we could not get it to connected again. So long story short...... Went and exchanged the HP for an IMAC (Apple Desktop) I thought I was getting a deal and I wasn't...... Big screen and good picture but thats where it stops... Quality over Quantity!!!!!!!!! Spend that extra $400 for Apple.
