    Don't buy it.

    I liked this computer at first, even though it had a glitchy keyboard that others complained about in the reviews. It was exactly what I wanted. Then.. The touchscreen stopped working after I owned it for 5 months or so. HP had it for a few days and sent it back. Worked for about a month at this point. Then... It stopped working again. I sent it in. Had some issues with delivery. HP actually lost my computer and had it for two months. I was trying to resolve the issue with customer support and their case managers, but they seem exceptionally well trained at delaying a resolution. They were going to send me a new computer or a store credit until... They found my computer! And sent it back to me DAMAGED. Fedex did not damage it. The box was dirty, but intact. I can only speculate what they heck HP did to the computer to bend the metal on the speakers without breaking the surrounding plastic case. It looks like it was sloppily pried off without then replacing the damaged portions of the display (the speaker cover). Now, supposedly, they are sending me a similar model, which I should receive in about a week. Should I hold my breath? My judgment at this point is that HP doesn't really care about customer service and maintaining their brand's reputation.

    Windows 10 freezes daily, and as of today I can't even get it to the point to use. It's completely locked up.

    Hardware probs

    I bought 2 of these for my office and have had to return them both. The first one, HP sent us (after a few weeks) a brand new one due to hardware issues. The second one they just repaired it (had to pay a little over $100 to have faster service thru HP and took a little over a week). Kind of a pain in the rear if you use your computer all the time to have to wait for it. I have bought HP many times in the past and never had problems like these units are having. Not sure if I will buy HP in the future because of this.

    Okay computer but bluetooth sucks

    I bought this computer thinking that it would be super quick everything type of computer (gaming, homework, etc) however the Bluetooth keyboard and mouse is so not efficient with its nonstop glitching and disconnecting. It is not worth the frustration of that type of money.

    Too many problems that HP can not fix.

    Purchased 03/08/2016. As of 9/30/2016 I have had 5 Case #'s and over 10 Phone conversations with HP. Return computer once and they replaced LT Touch Panel and Power Supply. Still have issues with something taking control of mouse and this issued happened even when HP had control of the computer. HP does not know have to correct.

    This computer did not work from day one. I have spent several hours on the phone with tech support to no avail. They say it needs to have a reinstall. Crashes all the time.
