Costs too much to have keyboard issues.

The 1st mouse and keyboard didn't work at all. HP kindly sent a replacement. The mouse worked but the keyboard didn't. We bought the Best Buy replacement plan and we have total protection yet Best Buy wants us to return the entire computer. We've already set everything up using a wired keyboard and old mouse. Very disappointed for the amount of money we spent. Waiting on HP to send a 3rd keyboard and mouse.

Great computer except for certain freezes

My major complaint is accessing a external drive. Computer seems to freeze accessing an external drive. Transferring data to an external drive it freezes also.

Awesome except for external drives cause lag
