For the price, I found this to be an underwhelming all-in-one device. From glitchy audio to just average graphics, I found myself disappointed from the moment I started using it. It's not necessarily a bad device; I was just expecting more given its price point relative to other options.

Have owned for only a few month. There was no sound and had to contact support to resolve issue. No I cannot download apps. There are waiting in a Que but do not down load. Will need take in to GEEK Squad to resolve issue. Other wise I have been enjoying the computer.

The only thing I don't like about this TV is the sound quality

Easy set up and use. Large screen makes reading easy and impressive to the eye. One of HP best computers ever, I would compare it to the Apple we have at home.

I bought two, one new, one Geek Squad certified based on what was in stock and not wanting to wait. Mine replaces an Envy 23 AIO, wife's replaces an iMac (which I left mine 4 years ago via the 23). Fast, great display, sound is more than adequate, and footprint on desktop is quite small (the black stand in the store display being a little wobbly made me a bit leery about getting these, but it's fine on a flat desktop). Spec'd out pretty decently with the SSD/HD combo and RAM, and the HP keyboard and mouse aren't too bad either (I typically transplant a Logitech keyboard and MS mouse, but did use the HP set on a 32-inch desktop/tower combo that I returned to big box dept store when deciding to go with this one; the camera and audio missing on the tower/monitor combo turned out to be a big deal in the long run). The 27-inch display is nice, anything bigger than that is going to induce some left/right head turning vs this being in your central vision). The webcam with facial recognition is pretty cool too. I would say this is a phenomenally better deal compared to getting an iMac. I did my time with Apple, and I'm over it. There's always some overhead in moving to a new computer with respect to having to re-install software, but at least for files, move everything to a cloud service (e.g., "whatever-drive"), sync up the new computer to the service, and then just focus on the software aspect. Have to be careful though about dumping everything onto the SSD, but even with other PCs and laptops that have 512GB to 1TB drives and how much space was actually used therein, staying under 256GB won't be too hard.

For a marginal discount as an ‘open box’ resale I received this computer with no mouse, a keyboard missing its battery cover, a power supply, a small crack in the screen, a year’s amount of dust on it, despite being told in writing that it had been cleaned, and NO BOX. Returned it. I’ve been a customer for years but my confidence in their brand was definitely affected by this.

This far so good. Only had it one month. Picture quality could be better for the price tag.

I rated this 5 stars because I love it. While the 1st one I had was defective getting it replaced with another brand new one that they gave me a free upgraded warranty for the inconvenience, was just awesome. This is a power house I have yet to find something I can not do and I do alot with this. Record programs running simultaneously 68 and no slow down on any of them. While pricy you get what you pay for and I got alot. 1 year in and still going strong!

The Nvidia cards - Realtek Drivers keep disappearing once in a while. I have to reset the system back to its original set up. Luckily, I don't keep my files and programs saved in the system, otherwise, i'd lose everything. It's a constant struggle.

Sound did not work out of the box. Called Geek Squad and after an hour hold was told it was a defective product. At the store level was told this model is known for that.

I've had nothing but bug issues since my purchase. Taking it back and looking to just get a monitor with my laptop and never buy an AIO. NEVER!!! My ASUS was crap and so is this AIO.

I bought this over a year ago, and I really love how simple this was to set up and how smooth it works. This is my first all in one and I love how quickly and smooth this starts up. I use the facial recognition to log in and it does it so quickly and it's very accurate. I love the size of the monitor and how its a touch screen as well. My last pc was a HP Envy Laptop. When it was time for a new one I did my research and come across this one and so glad I did. It's perfect!

computer would not boot up, got hung up on the first screen and would not advance

I finally had enough of laptops! I was so tired of their slow speed and incredibly long startup time. So, I decided to get a solid state hard drive. At first I was looking at desktop towers, but I didn't want all the cords. When I saw this computer, I knew it was right for me. I totally love the quiet, yet heavy duty keyboard, the large 27" screen, and the magnificent speed!! Restarting this computer takes 30 seconds. The sound is awesome and the look is very clean. I have a 2 Tb drive and an LG CD player that both lay on top of the computer base very neatly. No more cords! I flat out LOVE this computer!!!

I was looking for a new computer to set up my home office space. This is far and away one of the best computers I have ever owned. All in one has changed from previous models and this one is awesome!! Great space saver and super fast!

There is no lack of speed here. Highly recommend it for photography, video editing, light gaming or work. This AIO can handle everything I’ve tried on it with a breeze.
