    I am unsure of this item yet. It was a floor display and the salesmen were very eager to have me buy it. It starts very slow and runs slow. I have not used it enough to give a good review, but I am very unsure at this time about this item.

    We bought this computer 4 days ago $2k plus taxes, with Birthday promo discount. Yesterday we spent 2-3 hours troubleshooting because I started it up and it gave me a black screen. This is a brand new computer, it was not open box. I wanted HP because I thought it was reliable and was hoping on having this computer for years to come, but for it to do this 3 days in, I think anyone would be disappointed. I usually read reviews before buying an expensive product, but I trusted HP and I needed a computer urgently for my college courses so when I saw this last one available, I bought it on impulse. Best Buy and HP Support were closed yesterday evening so I attempted to follow instructions on troubleshooting online to no avail. I don’t think an exchange will be appropriate because other reviews talk about the same issue and I don’t trust this model anymore. I will be returning it tomorrow.
