I bought an open box, and had to return it due to windows activation issues. Other than that it’s a great computer I use it for video editing

Purchased this but had to return due to a missing component.

I ordered by phone and was not aware that although it had a 512ggb SSD it had no hard drive. At the price most have at least 1T. But the phone people were wonderfully nice and bright, and it was my fault for not asking specifically on the storage. The return was super easy and when they have the HP I want back in stock I will buy from them . This is a great company.

We rushed to buy it so not super happy but it will do! We need to figure out a few glitches

I’ve had it for a month and a half. I’ve barley used it and it’s already not working

I can't even turn the thing on. I looked up the manual online and tried to follow the instructions about turning it on and it doesn't work. I am now using my iMac which always works. Plus we had to call our Tech guy to work on it, and he had it on and working yesterday, but as soon as he left it went off. Lousy computer and Lousy Service. We have spent almost $3,000 on a computer we can't use.

I purchase this All-in-one computer after three weeks of looking and researching... I was a very unhappy camper when it was dead on arrival. Returned it to Best Buy and purchase a Omen desktop. I would have purchased another HP Envy All-in-one if they would have had one in stock, but they didn't. I guess it's true that stuff like this just happens...

When I received it the mouse nor keyboard worked. I used different mouse and keyboard to set. After I got it all set up it started to glitch almost like it had a virus. Had to take it back to Best Buy very heavy. Not sure if it was just a coincidence that the one I got didn’t work or if the model is defective. Either way it was very frustrating to have to deal with the return.

Loved my computer until it stopped working 1 year and 1 week from the day I purchased it. I am getting beeps when I turn it on where trouble shooting groups all say to replace the power cord and it will work. (Tried that without luck) I always had Dell in the past without any issues for years. If it wasn’t an all in 1, I might take matters into my own hands to try to fix it. I just don’t know if it’s worth my time or money to hire someone else. This is one time that I regret not getting the geek squad protection and will absolutely get it for whatever I replace this with. Bummer!

The screen heart my eye too much and its very good sound system But thats make you to look high it is ok some people it was not goo with me

Computer died within 48 hours. Said there was an important update and I should restart. Update failed. Bios attempted to update. That failed. Bios reinstall failed. Firmware drivers failed. All recovery options have failed. I am computer savvy but could not get this piece of junk to work.

I THOUGHT IT WAS A TOUCH SCREEN AND A BUSINESS VERSION OF MICROSOFT -WHAT A WASTE OF MY COMPANY'S MONEY!

I've now had 2 of these devices and the second one failed today. Which is a real problem since I use this for work. This wasn't my first HP, but it will be my last.

The computer dies after 30 days and not fixable, and not worth the money

I used this HP 6 times for letters. I had nothing hooked up to it and without warning the screen went black and now nothing works to get it to come on. HP suggested I OPEN THE COMPUTER AND USE A SOLDERING GUN ON IT.

I have a problem with it. Whenever it tries to open YouTube videos, the screen blacks out for 3-5 seconds before it plays the video?

I returned this item, the monitor was so heavy on the base that it was tilted. With that said, I did purchase an 'Open Box' item so I'm guessing that's why it was previously returned.

Dont buy all in ones. This thing fried on me in the first couple months. Went thru hell to return it.
