    Bought this HP ENVY All-In-One 32-a0014, Model 6YR45AA, in February 2020. Was working great until May 24, 2020. Went to turn on the computer that morning but nothing appeared on the screen. I could hear the fan and saw a small LED light on the back of the computer but nothing else worked. Call HP tech support and spent several hours trouble shootings; nothing. Established a case number for the record and returned the unit to Best Buys Geek Squad, May 26, 2020. After two weeks, got a call from the Geek Squad in Atlanta saying one part was replaced but it did not fix the unit, another part was on order. On June 28, 2020, the Geek Squad called saying they were refunding my the purchase price. I never saw the computer again and do not know why the thing stopped working.
