    After doing some research online I ended up with this printer. Very happy with my choice within 15 minutes I had my macbook and iPhone set up to print wirelessly. Prints out nicely in color. Other reviews claim this item is loud I don't find it to be louder than other printers.

    At first I loved it, but a few weeks ago I had a paper jam. I was impressed with the video on how to unjamm the printer, but now I cannot print anything from the printer. I might have to bring it to the geek squad if my friend can't figure out what is wrong.
