ink cartridge isimproved over previous model. hopefully it will not have some or the earlier problems or be as expensive.

It is a nice printer it fits on a small college dorm room shelf. However, Best Buy needs to instruct their associates to tell purchasers to check for updates immediately after installing printers,etc. because included software cd may be already out-of date. Assume customers are not complete geeks and would know/remember to do so.

Excellent product for the money,quite and easy to set up.

Easy set up and easy usage. Looks attractive in my home office. The paper is easy to load. I have not replaced the cartridges yet so I cannot speak about that. I like the window that lets you know what you are doing.

It works great wireless and prints good picturess.

It takes a while to get everything coordinated but I think it's easy to use. It has all of the functions that I need!

the paper jams a lot and that causes the printer not to print from my computer

I was impressed at how easy the set up was and have been happy with everything I have used it for so far. I have not run into any problems yet and have used the printer for the past two months to copy, scan and print.
