Great replacement for my old HP printer. I love the wi-fi print capability so I don't have to have an extra cord connected to my laptop. It was easy to set up, no issues and simple to follow instructions. I use it to scan my illustration boards for my books into my publisher for editing.

I have had the printer for awhile now and i happy to say i have not had any issues with it.

We needed to replace our old HP printer because of a carriage jam (we found no issues). Instead of possibly paying more to have the old one repaired, I checked out Best Buy's website plus visited in store to take a look at the Envy 4500. Setup was easy and the price is well worth it.

It runs through ink like crazy if you print in color. The ink is not cheap! It is very loud and slow. Does not hold very many sheets of paper, only about 50 sheets. If you have big projects to print, be prepared, this printer is not large job friendly. If you are just printing coupons or other small projects it will work just fine.

Easy setup too laptop without major problems and great printed pictures with brightness.

Great printer and my grandkids needed one for school. They will get a lot of use out of it!

Very simplistic, but perfect for basic printing needs.

Easy to set up just go on YouTube to watch set up video for printer. Don't need to install software if you are using iPad or any smartphone like the iPhone. Real easy to use but I hate it when the inks run out in one week. I print everyday. The inks cost average $33.00 to replace.

This is my first printed that was wireless abilities. I was amazed at how easy it was to set up. Was printing from my iPhone and iPad in a little over half a hour. Most of that time was spent going through the steps to get printer to use my wi if network. It was easy and step by step.

Especially from something on the cheaper side of things. I really am enjoying this printer!

An all around good multifunction printer that produces reasonably good quality documents at a very competitive price. it doesn't hold a lot of paper (around 50 sheets), but high capacity ink cartridges are available which is always a plus. Overall it is a good value for the money.
