I bought this printer for my college daughter and she has been pleased with its overall performance. On occasion she has experienced some paper jams.

I has been looking for a printer for school and i couldn't be any happier with this hp i purchased. It was easy to set up and i have not had a problem since.

Great printer for the whole family. everything about it is easy to use and set up.

Our previous printer purchased at best buy was great. It was not very old and it wouldn't print black ink. This printer is not as good It doesn't print as clear and can't put much paper in it

This printer was s perfect if you have kids and aleays worry if you have ink for their projects. Also clean fast prints.

Connected to Lenavo laptop, older Dell Laptop and Sony Digital Camera. Just downloaded drivers from website. Scanner works great, and easy to setup.

i am so glad i bought this printer it's making my life a lot easier and you can get new ink for $2.99 a month.

Got one for my house and one for mom and it confuses my tablet but otherwise the simplest to set up and use .

I was looking for a printer that I can use for printing documents and papers when I need to on the occassions, and it is a great printer for my needs.

I happened to be shopping on the Friday before "Saturday madness" tax-free shopping. Large crowds were already on-site targeting their purchases and monopolizing salespeople. I was fortunate that one salesperson realized I simply wanted to purchase an inexpensive printer immediately and not wait for the tax-free savings. He steered me in the right direction, answered all my questions and greatly expedited my shopping experience on a very busy night! Installed the printer quickly and while it's only been in use for a month so far, we have had no problems whatsoever.

This is very easy to use. The quality of the documents is very clean and clear

Printer much harder to set up than previous reviews led me to believe. About 4 hrs. Copies are clear

I was buying a new HP lap top for my hubby, as I had recently purchased one for myself and loved it. My next question to the sales person was "where are the ink cartridge for my old printer". She was a great sales person! She showed me an opportunity to receive a discount on this printer because I was buying the lap top, for which I would be spending only a little more money for a brand new sleek remote printer to use with our laptops. The cost of the ink cartridges verses the printer was so significant... it only made sense to purchase this printer. Its a great product.

Setup and wifi networking went very smoothly. Handles basic printing needs very well. Great price too.

Good product, wireless operation was easy to set up and works very well. Good looking product on my desktop and is reasonably quiet when operational.

I bought the HP Envy 4500 on sale at Best Buy (saved $30) and it's a smart looking, compact printer/scanner/copier that can handle photos really well!
