This printer neets my very simple needs for printing reports and making copies

From the first time I attempted to print on this thing, it has said it has a paper jam, even with only 2 sheets of paper in it! When I clear the jam, it says there is a cartridge jam. I've been waiting for my email containing the warranry, but it NEVER CAME! So far I've been able to print only 1 page.

Updated our old printer with this. Have no complaints so far. The kids love the Disney coloring pages we signed up for.

Printer is good that I can print from my iphone, ipod, or e-reader but it's not as sharp image wise as my non-wifi printer. it gets the job done though.
