It's easy/user friendly. An all around simple printer for someone who just needs the basics, but wants quality too.

This is about the easiest printer that I've worked with. It has fewer paper jams and it's fairly easy to change the ink cartridges. I've had several other printers, but I like this one the best because I can do so much more with it and do the troubleshooting most of the time if there is an issue. I won't say I haven't had issues with it, but nothing major ... usually something that I've done.

Great for my dorm. It is fast, quiet, and I enrolled in the HP automatic ink refill program I will never be out of ink!

This printer is the easiest one I ever used! Easy to use & connect. Printed material comes out great too! Once displayed, it does not look big & clunky.

Connects right away, goes on line right away (which was the problem with my old printer), and prints flawlessly.

Good print quality for compact printer. The plus is that there are individual color cartridges so only ink cartridge that is low needs to be replaced. It was recommended that you make sure to use printer at least once a week to keep the print head from drying out. So far I haven’t had a problem with this like I did with last printer. I joined minimum membership for instaink which I would recommend to lower ink replacement costs.

This printer works great right out of the box! Connected it to my laptop, work laptop and my phone! Amazing color and with the insta ink program a real bargain! It does take a little bit to print bc it is inkjet.

This all in one printer is smaller than our last printer. It's very user friendly. The print quality is fantastic.

I am pleased with this product. So far I have only used it for printing and copying. I have not tried the scanner option. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars is that is does not turn on automatically when trying to print.

This printer works perfect. Easy setup, great price, and the ink is also reasonably priced. Great printer all around.

It was easy to install. I love the wifi connection from other devices other than our lap top. Convenient in every way.

Wonderful printer. HP Instant Ink is a cool service to have. The wireless printing from my phone and laptop is also wonderful, since I’m kind of lazy. My only real complaint is the scanning feature. I’m glad that I can scan pages to my computer and the clarity is great BUT I’d like to not have to scan one page at a time if I’m scanning a multi page document. Even then, that’s only a slight inconvenience compared to not having a home printer at all.

This is a compact efficient printer that was easily installed and produces great print. Great for my home use needs.

This printer was easy to set up and connect to wifi. The paper is loaded from the front and has two sided print options. It connected easily to my computer, iPad and my Kindle. I am really enjoying this printer.
