I’ve had zero problems with it so far and I bought it last year. It works best with the HP Smart App. I love the scanning feature. Saves me a ton of headaches when I need to save a document digitally. WiFi connection once turned on is very fast. It connects to my WiFi within 30 sec. Within 10 seconds once it’s fully booted up. Easy to print from my phone as well.
