This printer was bought for an elderly client of mine in order to get him a printer he could use on his own. It's a simple and easy printer to set up and use. He wanted to try to print from his phone and it was a bit of a pain to get it to print wirelessly. I'm not sure if it's a phone issue or HP but you have to go through their app. You can't just connect to the wireless network and print like many other printers I've used. Other than that little headache it's supposedly worked well.

Setup was pretty easy and it prints out pretty good. Haven't gone threw all the features yet but so far it's a good product.

Printer broke and I needed one right away. Checked the reviews and saw this one was on sale. I can't be happier! I wouldn't have believed that a printer at this price range would work as good, if not better than my previous printer that cost at least twice the price. It prints fast, has only 2 cartridges to replace and is an all around great printer. I also signed up for the ink replacement program.

I knew I would be the one to do. she called me in excitement about her doing it all by herself and how easy it was to also use phone. She also needs it to print on cardstock which she is happy it does..

Printer is simple to install easy to use and not expensive

This is my second HP Envy printer. I'm using this one for traveling. I love the new features compared to the older model (4500). The price at Best Buy was great for this printer.
