Pretty decent all-in-one. Does what its supposed to, which includes printing, scanning and copying. Easy to set up and use, especially with the touch interface. My only minor gripe is that it loads from the bottom and prints out in the middle, so there's this small "arm" that swivels out from the middle to hold the papers up as they come out. It looks kind of odd, but all in all it gets the job done. The wireless connection is also nice.

This was a fantastic buy, three college students and 1 teacher under one roof with constant use and it's still kicking like a champ, easily printed out 10,000 sheets already and countless refills of ink. But for some reason only works on one of my usb ports. But all ports work. Odd, but it works.

This is a good printer, but it took FOREVER to get it to link up correctly with my MacBook Air. I ended up having to contact Apple Support who walked me through a bunch of steps lasting over an hour before it finally synced up correctly with my MacBook. Print quality is good, but I almost wish Apple would come up with their own personal desktop printer to avoid the hassles of linking it up with other brands' printers....

Bought this color printer to use only for projects that require color prints. I had honestly only printed 32 pages since July (It's mid December) and the printer was printing with blank lines across the color areas and not printing at all in some. I was able to get a replacement printer with 2 days of contacting HP, so kudos to HP for not only getting the replacement printer quickly to me but for their OUTSTANDING customer service. Their rep called ME to set up the replacement printer. I hope this one does the trick.

Our last printer became incompatible with our Laptop so I went into Best Buy and talked with the Service man in this area and he told me about a few of the printers that would meet my needs. The first project was to scan photos, crop them and forward the whole pack to another person that is putting together a Memorial for a family member and it worked great!

Purchased this printer because we needed an updated printer. Overall, it is exactly what we needed. Joined the HP Insta Ink and haven't been disappointed. Prints good quality photo prints also.

Wireless, extremely easy to install, can print from my phone, iPad, laptop.

For some unlucky reason my three past wireless printers always had issues. We don't really print that often, so periods of inactivity seem to cause communication issues before. But this printer has been problem free, and much easier to print from phones with. Considering we do most of our browsing and purchasing on our mobile devices that is big points to this.
