Ok but not great

Nice wireless printer

Had a lot of trouble downloading the driver software to my HP computer and after six hours with HP help desk it finally worked. I think the problem was my computer though. My biggest pain point though is HP refused to trade me ink cartridges for some that I hadn't opened and bought from hp's website. I won't buy another HP product but I have no concerns about the printer's functionality.
