Works well, hard to configure with Mac

very difficult to set up; required outside help

Set up directions were given that I did not understand. I called the Geek Squad who could not help, but for $100 would come to the house to do the set up. I asked my son to come over and set it up. He said there was no way I could have done it myself as it needed changes to be made to settings in my computer. He made it operational and I haven't used it since.
