Nice simple machine

I was unable to follow anything and had to call the Philippines for help. I am still confused about the machine although it seems simple enough. It replaced another HP which was simple but eventually after years died. I would definitely recommend this machine which is nice looking and if needed, there is a contact number for assistance although it was no where on the box. I googled and got it.
