Included software won't load
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Was able to manually add the printer to both my wireless network and it appears on my list of available printers but the HP Easy Start software gets continually hung up on install so I am unable to scan documents to my computer. Would exchange for another brand of printer but don't want to eat the 30% restocking fee so now I'll need to spend additional money on a USB cable to connect the "wireless" printer.
