I am giving it a 4-star for 2 reason, otherwise it would have been a 5-star. First, I was very frustrated with the installation process. It took a long time and basically made me pay for month ink. Second, the computer loses connection with my computer if not used. I understand this happens with anything that is wireless, however I am sure there are was this could be resolved.

Seems ok for an inexpensive printer.

I guess I'll see how long it lasts. The ink cost though is still high so I'll probably replace the ink once and then buy the next cheap printer. I do think companies gouge the consumer on the ink costs overall.
