Printer works fine once it is installed.

The computer seemed to stall and do nothing for an extended time... no indication of why. Had to stop and restart install twice. I finally got thru it ok. I am a reasonably good software installer... it I had difficulty I can imagine what others may experience. After installation I am pleased with performance.

One person has already purchased the same product and extremely happy. The other person is in the process of purchasing it. In the meantime, a third person is seriously considering a purchase of this product. This in the space of less than one month. Keep up the good work HP.

Fortunately, I had purchased it with a Best Buy warranty, so I was able to get this one (a slightly newer model) as a replacement. My kids and I use this frequently, and it works just fine.
