Fortunately, I had purchased it with a Best Buy warranty, so I was able to get this one (a slightly newer model) as a replacement. My kids and I use this frequently, and it works just fine.

GREAT PRINTER FOR THE MONEY
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'M STICKING WITH THE HP LINE FOR NOW.I'VE SHOPPING PRINTERS WITH THE CHEAPEST INK PRICE AND SO FAR HP WINS.ALSO BUYING PRINTERS THAT USE THE SAME INK NUMBERS,THAT WAY IF ONE FAILS I'M NOT STUCK WITH INK THAT WON'T WORK IN ANOTHER MODEL.THATS HAPPENED TOO MANY TIMES.BUT SO FAR I'M HAVING PRETTY GOOD LUCK WITH THE HP BRANDS.
