I was very impressed with the Best Buy sales person's knowledge and listening skills! She asked the right questions and was able to point me in the direction of this HP Envy printer. I had a bit of a problem setting up wireless printing but called HP tech support who were helpful and patient. I am very happy with this printer.

Got my new printer within 3 days of order. Came packed nicely, no damage or loose parts in box. Added it to my wi-fi, finished the setup, and was printing within 15 minutes of opening the box. Couldn't be happier. Nothing fancy, but great for occasional home use, and the price couldn't be beat. (Got it on sale.)

The ease of use of this printer makes it a great choice

This printer replaced my much more expensive HP which gave up only after a few years of low use. This product works well, but had to pay $100 to help with wireless hookup to my Wi-Fi and computer. Instructions are worthless! Help cite got me nothing but a Pirated HP help cite that took me for another $350. Altogether, cost me $450 to hook up this printer--Not happy!!

I dropped this from a 4 to a 3 star rating, as we have had this printer less than a month and we are having to return it. It printed fine until my husband tried to print two-sided and it kept crumbling the paper. After unsuccesfully going through all the on-line fixes, I contacted Tech Support and spent over an hour trying various things. Finally, after about the 10th time of clearing a paper jam that occurred during all the attempted fixes, my husband discovered a tiny spring that had the end broken off and was sticking up just enough to catch the paper. Fortunately, we are still under warranty, so we are returning it. It should work and last longer than a couple of weeks, but I do have to say that I have had great tech and customer service with this and other HP products, which is why I keep returning to their products.
