Great printer, great price

It's touch screen and even has a auto function that automatically extends a stand to catch any papers that come out. Little benefits that make printing easy as well as the Bluetooth capability to all my devices i.e. iPad, cell phones and laptops.

So far the printer has worked beautifully and I'm very glad I bought it from Best Buy. Excellent advice was given,the price was right, and the salesperson answered all my questions.

Was upset when it stop working cause of black ink cartridges started acting up . Was recommended to by company to just buy another one.

Works well and is inexpensive.

It fits our needs. The only downside, is the plug and play component was not easy. It took several attempts to get connected with our laptop and desktop, the issue arises with Microsoft 10 OS- but some guidance by Best Buy would be helpful.
