Keeps needing to be reset

I have it connected to a HP laptop (so you would think there would not be an issue with connectivity) but every now and then I have to uninstall the device, shut it off and then reconnect it from scratch. From what I have seen, this is a common problem with this printer. It isn’t a lot of work to do, so I am not marking it down further than 3 stars, but it is a pain.
