I love this item purchase date on sale we will be buying another one next year as a gift thanks Best Buy for a great selection

Works well however Best Buy gave us wrong information and we are not able to utilize instant ink services which was why we bought it.

I like this printer. I can direct conect via wifi from my iphone and I'm able to print straight from it without any special app needed

Works great and easy to setup. Has hidden paper tray. So there is no paper hanging out all of the time. Collecting dust.

Purchased for elementary school classroom so that writings can be printed and published! Great printer and ink is affordable!

Operation is simple, once I got past the alignment stage that started by itself - but was difficult to understand or complete.

It works great just that the ink does not last long if you have heavy printing, but I would recommend this printer.

All functions are good and reliable. The printer has a nice automatic paper guide that opens when the printer is turned on.

Had to replace my old printer so I went to Best Buy and bought what I thought would be a good reliable printer. And so far it is.

This has been a great value for the 5 people in my household. I am a teacher and have 2 Stein the home.

I was very happy to receive the product but it came out a disaster. I printed a photo in the beginning,it was great. Then I keep printing but all of them are a mess, I touched the photos it still wet with the black oil..... I did more than 10 photos, only the 1st/9th were good. I guess you have to be lucky to get a good one, and the percentage is 20%....

Perfect printer for the college dorm - allows you to output for a the paper copy!
