The printer can not print photos!!

I printed a photo in the beginning,it was great. Then I keep printing but all of them are a mess, I touched the photos it still wet with the black oil..... I did more than 10 photos, only the 1st/9th were good. I guess you have to be lucky to get a good one, and the percentage is 20%....
