Got soooo frustrated with the setup, I called Geek Squad to come to my house and set it up. He was here for 10 minutes and knew immediately it was not going to install. "I" took it back to BB for an identical replacement. Got it home, and it failed to install !! After i cooled down for a couple days, ordered a Brother from Amazingtron and it installed in 5 minutes.
