I thought it would be amazing to have a wireless printer... it was for a couple of months but then it kept disconnecting from my laptop.... now I cannot get it to connect. The laptop has no fix and reporting both laptop and printer and wifi won't fix it... I've given up and feel it is not worth any more effort. I had instant ink that I have been paying for and never got to use... money down the drain.

HP products generally have a year warranty. Based on your description, I understand you're experiencing wireless connectivity issue. We understand you have successfully connected your printer to a wireless network, but the connection drops. When the printer loses its connection, the printer goes offline and you cannot print.
