    Phillipines-based customer service is horrible: not in the least helpful and rude. I'm thankful I didn't buy a HP computer or laptop!

    it appears that when i try to print small font, it smudges near the end of the text. not sure if this is isolated to this one incident, but i tried to print the same item a couple of times, and the same thing happened. i don't print a lot from home, so I don't think i'll need to bring it back, but it might be annoying if it keeps happening. overall, it was a decent value for the price, i only paid $60 so I can't really complain

    Printer works well. Only do not why cartridges have to be so expensive. The price for the printer itself was very reasonable.
