    My photo prints are not as good as my previous. Bought this item last month and it has already given me a problem with printing. Everything are in queue and even the self help technical support has not resolved the problem. Has to delete and cancel those in queue as even if it was reading as printing it really wasn't. So finally just have to start all over again.
