    After reading the great reviews i decided to buy this product. It's great and easy to use however it does not print in color. I believe it may be defective. Unfortunately i three away the box and receipt so i'm unable to return it. Gave it 2 stars for the fact that it'e easy to set up and use.

    When I bought this printer and hooked it up, everything seemed fine. However, I have had constant problems with it since. The most annoying one is that even though it is turned on and connected to the network, it appears on my computer as being offline or not connected. I have tried several things to get it to work with little success.
