Having difficulty with printing from computer

The first one stopped printing,jammed,and would not connect to the computer. We now have the 2nd one and the computer seems to want to send only to the original printer which was returned. We don't know how to solve this problem.

Decent printer for the price.

Ms word printing isn't the best but wifi printing is great. Works well for what I need it for but I wish I went with a higher model for the price point it wouldn't have been much. Again good printer for people who don't need all the extras.
