Great printer only defect is that if you buy the ink through ho you have to pay a monthly fee to continue to print even if you still have ink left if service is cancelled you can’t use the ink.

An okay printer for the money but I did not like seeing the pricing for the same printer ranging from $29.99 to $89.99 depending upon various factors. I like to know that I am paying a correct price for something and I hate when prices vary wildly.

Last HP printer I had quit printing black, model defect so bought another lower end model. Set up was difficult and had to use a PC or phone to access internet. Last HP printer I had went to the internet and set itself up with self directed prompts.

This printer is very good, the only issue I find is that sometimes it drops the wifi connection and I have to restart it. I like the fact that is compatible with iOS, so we can print from any apple device as well.

      Hello there,

Thank you for taking the time to provide your experience with the printer. We take your feedback very seriously, so I've passed this onto our product team. That said, I'm also sorry to hear that you're having some difficulties with slow printing as well as paper and ink usage. Let's see what I can do to help.

First, for slow printing speeds, I'd recommend referencing this document and following any steps that you haven't already taken:
      - Windows: support.hp.com/us-en/document/bud03409
      - Mac: support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01928898

Then, you might consider taking a look at this link, as it contains tips for how to maximize paper use based on best practices for paper handling and storage: support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04472658

As far as ink usage goes, you might consider using the printer's draft mode and black and white settings to save ink. If you have and are still using quite a bit, Instant Ink might just be worth a try. Many customers like our available plans. They're based on how many pages you print monthly, ultimately saving you money: HPinstantink.com

If this doesn't seem to help, please reach out to us directly for support. We would be more than happy to work through troubleshooting with you and get your printer running efficiently again. You can get in touch via your preferred method at this link: hp.com/contactHP

I have to turn on and off because it disconnects my network and I can't continue to print it is very annoying when you are printing more than 3 sheets of paper. I'm not the only one that has this issue. I regret not paying more for something better .
