The printer has a bunch of trouble connecting to my internet and laptop. When i would send files to print might not always successfully send them. But do enjoy its other features such as the scan to computer and such.

Printer is good but after few days of use black ink didn't work properly, since the warranty was there HP sent me a replacement but that also didn't work after 5 to 10 use.

I am a little disappointed in this printer, as the print speed is slow compared to my previous HP printer. Also the ink cartridges run out very fast even the XL cartridges. I have to use the printer a lot for one of my jobs.

I bought this printer for school and it works really good if you have wifi. When I didn't have wifi I tried to use a printer cable but it didn't work. If you have access to wifi I would suggest this printer

Unless you are a tech savvy person, I would suggest that no matter how much the salesperson insists you can install this easily on your own - DON'T try. Set up an appointment with Geek Squad, of which you should already be a member, and let them deal with it. I hit a brick wall called Gateway built into this printer which caused me many wasted hours on the phone and in the store. I finally gave in and after a near nervous breakdown, had Geek Squad come out. Never again will I try to do something like this on my own! But if I were rating the Geek Squad in home service, I would have given it at least a four star review.

I thought this was a great value for my dollar,,,enjoyed learning how to use it,,, literally... Simple instructions for the novice office type person like myself...

This printer is just OK. My last printer was an HP printer but the print quality surpasses the print quality of this printer (HP ENVY 4520). And, I got fewer prints from the ink (63) cartridges with this printer.

This printer is a great printer when it wants to work. I've had many problems with it becoming disconnected from my computer and have had to uninstall and reinstall a few times to get it to connect again.

also makes you hit OK before you print every single time, to keep the ink info current (they recommend you purchase the online ink program with this printer which sounds good, but........who knows in real life?)

This HP printer is a great bargain and is awesome for normal home printing. The wireless feature is an added bonus.

Not the best choice for printer but came with a bundle. Ink printed on this takes forever to dry. So xareful to not get this all over. But perfect for the most basic uses. Would recommend for every student.

This printer is nice but didn't not do what I was looking for best buy tech told just to Bluetooth to a smart phone and print but for got to say I needed WiFi. Other then that it word really nice

I never did figure out how give a command from my computer to the printer when it is in another room. So, I must put the two together in one place, connect them with a cord inorder for the printer to print.

Not a bad product, but if it sits for a couple of weeks without use can experience problems reconnecting with devices. Trying to power of gets hung up and requires hard reset which can be quite frustrating.

Spent hours trying to get it to work. In 30 years I've never had this much trouble with printer set up. Finally Gave up and called HP. The guy was very good and got it working after another hour and a half

This is good for school aged kids doing reports or something simple. The letters tend to look blurry. I kinda wish the lid to the scanner would stay open when lifted. Good enough.

So far so good but haven't used it too much yet. The setup was a hassle, but by the fourth computer, I had the procedure down pat and it was much easier.

I had an old HP Officejet and replaced with 4520. Easy set-up, keep In bedroom so wanted it compact an nice looking which it is. Quiet Prints great and hp is giving 6 mos of ink Good for home printing and scanning.

Ok Forget it no need to waste time on something that was supposed to be so simple as finding a wifi site in a hotel. One hour conversation with Inidia finally allowed me to print something.
