Super simple to set up, just follow the instructions. It has a touchscreen on the front of the printer and I think that's really cool. Wireless is awesome, I have mine set up all the way across the room from my computer. And the printer has access itself to documents from HP which you can print without your computer on (things like coloring pages and blank spreadsheets). It also has an optional auto ink buying feature which you don't have to do but can be convenient depending on how much you print regularly. This is the most sophisticated technological and user friendly printer I've seen.

this item didn't work correctly after a couple of months. I returned it and the upgraded it for me at a minimal cost very easy trans action

I bought it to print from my phone. Tech line wasn't helpful, and just sent me to another tech line. 3 times calling, they never cared to help. Now I still can't print from my phone.

We are still working some kinks out with the wifi. I don't know whether it is because we don't know what the heck we are doing or because the instructions are not clear. Probably the former. Lol

no start up disc was in pkg, will not load to older computer. price paid on line was higher than store receipt i got when picked up. i should get refund of difference.

Seems to work well. I bought it for my Mother who has had a few problems that my Son has had to go solve for her. Not sure if it is the printer or user error as my Mother is not tech savvy.

Every time I go to print something I have to turn it off and on again, for some reason when it goes in to sleep mode my iPad can't find the wireless printer until I restart the printer.

It’s an okay printer, nothing special. Does have trouble connecting wirelessly occasionally. I paid $30 for it and I use the “low ink” setting to conserve ink.

New purchase-I bought this printer with the idea that I would use less ink- a newer system has better cartridges per sales associate - haven't changed the ink as of yet- too soon to determine!

This printer is kind of a pain to navigate with your phone I could definitely be easier so I would recommend purchasing another one

This is the second printer of this type I've bought and while not the highest quality, they are dependable, although the instructions and interface could stand some improvement.

Everything about this printer is great....when it works. More than half of all pages jam, and even more than that come out with some form of damage (tear, crumpling, folding).

Printer unfortunately didn’t last that long. Had issues with the alignment and likely wouldn’t buy an HP printer in the future.

First the good. The printer makes great copies and the little ink bottles last a long time. Now the bad. The printer is very difficult to set up and is not very intuitive. It is almost impossible to keep it from making a two sided copy. Even had the Geek Squad here and shortly after they left it defaulted back to making two sided copies. Still haven't figured out how to receive faxes. Overall, if you are not a tech savvy person avoid this printer, it will frustrate you. Epson tech support is also sketchy.

I love the printer when you make copies from the computer but when I make copies from the newspaper, they come out too dark. I tried the lighter copy but it didn't seem to help.

Nothing to great about this printer you get what you pay for much like the other reviewers comments i experienced the same issues with this all in one printer

this printer was too bulky. It didn't connect with one of ku computers. I didn't like that there was no cord. Thats an extra cost if you have issues with the wireless connection

I've had this printer for a short time and it works pretty well. The directions for some features are not as intuitive as I would like. I'm having problems figuring out how to scan.

I like the way it prints but it is always loading wifi connectivity. I can’t just hit print I have to email it to the printer.

It's a good printer, but maybe I'm just dumb because the paper jams all the time and I can't figure out how to fix it. Other than that though, I'm very happy with it!
