Am tech dummy; did not really comparison shop. Was able to get very helpful live person re Inkjet program setup. Occasional link/disconnect problems; resolved eventually.

Hate this printer because it goes into sleep mode and cannot be awakened remotely. You have to physically turn it back on. Extremely annoying. Considering returning it.

This printer works well when you email something to it or it’s hooked up to the computer with a usb cable. Sending wirelessly from your computer is a disaster.

I RETURNED IT AND BOUGHT ANOTHER HP WHICH IS ALSO TOO TECHNICAL. DO NOT LIKE IT EITHER. PRINTERS SHOULD BE SIMPLE!! WISH I HAD MY OLD HP BACK. IT LASTED FOR YEARS !!!

For printing essays here and there it's good, but I wouldn't recommend it for heavy duty printing. Also, the HP Print will not print if you cancel your subs.

I bought this printer because of the price. I’m ok with it, but sometimes the wireless function doesn’t work as good as it should.

So I bought this because I had reward points expiring and needed a new printer. It works. It has starter size cartridges. Not much to say about it, I haven't used it but once.

I didn't find this printer to be very user friendly. I have to put white paper over my documents to prevent using extra Black ink.

This printer is fast and has good print quality. Only complaint is that the ink cartridges don't seem to last very long.

This table top printer is a piece of junk. Won’t stay online, has an extremely funky scanning process and is as slow as molasses. Going back this week-end!

Got this cheap, and it does what it claims. I don't think the print quality is super good, but it gets the job done

Has some cool features but I can't get it to connect to my wifi at work.... check all the forums and there are not solutions. It's the printer, not my wifi.

I ran out of the ink that came with the printer, only after about 2 weeks,. To my surprise, the replacement cartridges were half the price of the printer. Ouch

Connected and printed from my wireless network for the first few days them it refused to connect or even print full pages even with fresh, new, full ink.

Printing wise the printer is great the only problem the printer doesn't cost much but it goes through ink very fast.

Received it with a deal along with purchasing a HP PC. It isn't the best quality, but if you are only printing for just average things, it'll do the job.

This has been a great printer. We have one at home and one in the office. However, for copying...it sucks. Way too slow.

I enjoy this printer but the only thing I hate about it is that it losses the internet connection. Only if I don’t use it for a week.

Too hard to get it working, unless you are a computer expert. I lucked out and a Comcast technician helped me figure it out. Now I can't get it to work again
