Printer works well but wireless has issues.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When the "wireless" is on I can't make or receive calls on my phone. The printer actually blocks all calls coming and going. I have to turn the wireless on in order to print, and then turn it off right away to make a call. What's up with that?

Very difficult managing paper tray
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The paper tray needs to be adjusted with great force in order for it to be "reinserted" into the main part of the printer.

Only lasted 3 years
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It worked great at the beginning. Now it’s been 3 years and I’m having issues with the cartridge. It doesn’t want to print. Tried everything and still not working.

Great for the value
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Printer is small. Prints very clear and if you just need to make copies you can go up 50 copies at once and as low as 1 copy. If you do not mind not having a top feeder this great value for the price.

Its Okay
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. There is a lag when printing using wifi. Also the scan to computer doesn't work on the printer like ever. It prints but the ink is really expensive for the printer and it doesn't take long to run out. DO NOT USE FOR PHOTO PRINTING!

Best inkjet I've owned so far
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this as a special buy for Best Buy members on the week of Black Friday for $60. At the time I only had a black and white laser printer that I could only print from with my computers. I was wanting an all in one so I could print from my iPhone and iPad, scan documents, and print in color. I had my eye on a cheaper Canon at Walmart but decided to go with this HP instead. The ink is much cheaper than the Canon and is good for me since I mostly still use the laser printer to print black and white documents. But for all its other functions, it's great at what it does. It has this really cool feature as well where you can email it documents and if it's in sleep mode it'll print them out so they'll be ready when you get home. I also really like how the paper is stored in a tray that slides into the printer, just like my laser one. This keeps the paper clean and stored neatly, so it doesn't stick out in the way or feed dust into the printer eventually clogging something. I admire HP for everything on this printer.

Good while it lasted
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got about 15 months out of this printer before it decided to call it a career. I guess for 30 bucks I can’t complain. They really make them disposable these days.

Slim and prints too
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Prints and scans as well as any. BUT!!!! Purchased because it promoted itself as wireless. HA!! Tried wireless but never did work in out. Hard wired does the job. Geek squad helped but still had to use a lead.

Awesome printer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Replacing a 10 year old hp printer that still worked but wasn’t wireless and able to work with my smart phone. And for just a little more than the price of ink I was able to get the new envy printer. I got it home and because I live in rural America an the only internet I have is on my phone which is why I choose this printer with Bluetooth. But without internet it took awhile to set my laptop up to print from this printer only using the set up disk printer came from not real bad but about a half hour for some reason it didn’t want to load everything on my computer. Setting up my phone to wireless print was very fast less than 5 minutes. I printed several things and they cane out with good quality and printed fairly quickly in my opinion seeings how I was using an ancient printer. All an all I’m liking this printer so far it’s not big and bulky and seems to print very nice. I still think that ink replacement is going to be pretty high you can almost get a new printer for the cost of new ink but I only print less than 50 copies a year so shouldn’t be a big concern.

Terrible product, worse customer service!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this printer for around $60. Although advertised as wireless, it would not find or connect with my wireless network. Called customer support, spent an hour with someone from India I could barely understand. He then transferred me to his "supervisor" who told me He could do a "workaround" for $99. When I explained in colorful terms that was more than I paid for the printer, he hung up! Worst customer service ever. Would not touch another HP product with a fifty-foot pole.

Printer cannot scan PDFs
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was disappointed when I learned this printer cannot scan PDFs. I returned it as I need to upload documents and submit as PDF. I thought all printer/scanners could scan as PDF, but not this one.
