My bad for not realizing they weren’t simply focusing on the printing scanning and copying. Faxing wasn’t mentioned because it doesn’t have that capability. It’s not all in one when you have to get a separate machine for faxing& I’m not a fan of Best Buy’s short return window policy.

I'm hoping to bring it back but Best Buy customer service has not been that helpful at all. Basically I called the store and got undatisfactory customer service from a kid who told me there's not much I can do. Real nice! Just bought this over a week ago and that's the customer service!

I'm pretty tech savvy but I can not believe the hoops you have to jump through to printer wirelessly. Constant restarts are needed, most times refuses to print regardless of what I do. Awful product.

Have to attempt to reset the whole thing each time, still won't work. Randomly will just print something I tried to print weeks ago. Completely worthless piece of trash printer. I find this wireless printer unreliable and I continually have to reset it. It is time consuming and it is not talking to my wireless right now, yet my PC and FireStick are working. I am used to hitting print and it happens with a wired printer.

Then set up uses too much ink for my liking. I hate this printer I wish I didn’t take so long after purchase to open it. But I was waiting on my other printer to run out of ink
