It never connected to my wifi

Very disappointed. HP claimed it was a known issue between their product and our internet service provider (Century Link). We returned this printer.

The printer was connected to wireless internet. I have to set it up each time I have to print. I should have taken this dam thing back. Password in not easy to input. Why do I need a password?
