The ink exhausted pretty fast. The printer is quite though.

Purchase price reasonable, but you get what you pay for.

Not very good for printing pictures. Color is hard to adjust.

The printer handles ok but it puts my forms in a weird format.

I have owned many HP printers. When I first got this printer it did a good job. It no longer is printing even though it has ink and I have run the cleaning cycle a number of times. Considering I bought it in Jan. of this year this isn't acceptable durability.

I have had this printer for almost 2 weeks and love it. It's compact, fast and communicates with my laptops, iphone and ipad. That's why I purchased it.. The BUT.. is that HP has a new ink delivery system you can use with this printer. You register for "instant ink" and the printer communicates with HP and you receive ink cartridges before you run out. Great concept! Except for the fact that the monthly payment plans are according to pages printed. This is a completely flawed system. Not all pages use the same amount of ink. After I accidentally printed an improperly formated excel spreadsheet.. I was notified that I exceeded my monthly printed sheet limit. That I would be charged more for an additional 30 sheets or I should upgrade my plan.. which meant more money per month. They claim you can save quite a bit of money per year but I'm not going to be a hostage to paying HP every month because my printer spits out a few sheets with one line of text on it. They can claim I'm going to save money but I don't want to find that after 6 months I have spent way more then if I ordered ink online myself. I can definitely see this happening. So I cancelled my subscription.

Haven't been able to use this printer. Got it on a black Friday deal and cant get passed an error for a paper jam. Called Best buy, no longer in stock. HP will only replace it with a refurbished unit even though I've only had it for less then a month

Horrible printer. Worthless piece of crap. We thought the cartridges were bad, but it was the printer. It’s so cheap that it was actually cheaper to buy another one. We didn’t. We’re going to get something better from Epson or Brother.

I can’t get it to print in color from my computer.

I have nothing but issues with this printer since installing. It keeps going off line and I need to reinstall and sometimes the wps# doesn't work. Never prints in color and cant figure out how to fix that. I need a new printer!!

Not too great. It is not pairing with my computer well.

I have struggled with this printer from the beginning trying to get it to work on wireless. Now It will print wirelessly from my HP printer but only if I switch it on and off each time I want to print. It seems to have something to do with the automatic ink ordering????

Difficult to connect to wireless, ink runs out quickly

I bought this printer and was assured by Best Buy staff it would work with my iMac from 2011. It would not work and when I hooked it up first thing that came up was "HP does not support your system or this computer " I took it back for a refund.

I would like to return this printer because not even the Geek Squad can fix it. THe online service is nowhere, and neither the print nor the scan function have worked for the last month. I bought it 4 1/2 months ago. So now I have to figure out what to do.

This printer has never worked since I bought it. I’ve had to contact support 3 times because it doesn’t print accurately. Not worth it.

This is the 2nd attempt at an HP printer and it didn't last 6 months. The cartridge is new and still full, but it won't print black/white or in color.

Just horrible. Every time I start a new print I have to power it down and then power it back up. Otherwise I get a print error or printer not found. I had a canon before and it was so easy to operate compared to this one.
