    waste of money and time

I spent close to an hour setting this printer up. Printed two color images. Quality average. After those initial tests were printed the printer would jam for EVERYTHING that was sent to it. Just a huge waste of time, having to deal with a return, and to get something else. I will be avoiding HP from here on. Tired of this kind of @#$!.

    Wi-fi is Useless

Couldn't connect to my wi-fi. Had HP support proxy my pc and they couldn't make it connect either. I have a laptop, two tvs, a bluray player, three ipads and satellite receiver connected to my router... yet, hp support blamed the issue with the printer on my router. Thus further proving the point, that you cannot make chicken soup out of chicken puckey.

    Bought it today, returned today!

Was unable to get the printer to connect wireless to my router. Other devices ok but spent hours unsuccessfully on the printer. Researched all the HP help websites with no luck. Tried call to HP. What a joke! Lots of other complaints on the web. Will try another brand. My current Brother connects with no problem.

    Broke in a year

I feel like I spent good money on this printer only for it to break a little after a year. I'm tech savvy and wasn't able to figure out what was wrong with it. It makes me mad that I'm always buying printers but clearly price and brand doesn't matter. I'd advise to stay away from this.

What a poorly made product. The price reflects quality. It is rare that the printer will recognize that paper is loaded, and once it does, it immediately jams. It's as if the paper feeder is too powerful for the poor quality of the printer itself.
