good value at good price

Would not print documents/photos in color. No clear guidelines in manual or online set up. Spent over 5 hours to figure out the proper set up for remote printing in color..!! Very difficult to print envelope addresses/labels.

Good printer for the price

It was a good price and the sells rep at best buy help me understand printing speeds. It was easy to connect and worked really well. Printed out pictures well also. I would recommend this product.

Very pleased with this printer

Didn't want anything too elaborate, basically just when I need to print something which isn't too often. The guy at Best Buy recommended this one and for the price, I think it's a good buy. Set up was pretty easy. I did have to call the held desk but it wasn't a problem with the printer, it was my laptop that wasn't communicating with the printer. The printer came with software on CD and I installed it on an older laptop and it was a breeze but my newer laptop doesn't have a CD driver so I had to download the software from the HP website and for some reason it had a glitch. Anyway, the tech was very helpful and worked his magic on the laptop and had it connected in less than 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend this printer to anyone.

Easy set up.

I did not use it wireless. It prints clearly and quickly with extremely simple manual promps. Great printer for me.
