This was purchased for a friend who has had nothing but praise for it. It works and works well. No complaints to date and I seriously doubt there will be any forthcoming. It just plain does the job. One cannot ask for more than that! Trust me. I know what I'm doin' when I'm reviewin'.

Easy set up. Works great so far. Only need to print or scan once in awhile, love the look of this unit, and it had good reviews. Took advantage of a sale and upgraded our ancient hp printer.

Best Buy salesman reviewed my need for a new printer. He said the hp printer would be a good fit. So far everything has been great.

Quick and easy setup. Can print from anywhere in the house using any computer or cell phone that is connected to the Wi-Fi network. Just what I was looking. Very satisfied customer

The model before this one only lasted 18 months of light use. So far this one does it's job. Keeping my fingers crossed. Setting up Wi-Fi was difficult.

Everyday use...very good. I hate the program to replace ink on a regular schedule...though I turned it down.

the printer works great. I like how the paper has it's own drawer. only problem I had was connecting to my wifi but I think it was a router problem.

This is my second one. The first had some problems. It fits nicely on the desk and looks good. And this one is working very well. Major drawback is that it won't print my labels that are 2"x 3" I have to buy Avery labels and affix them to my own personalized labels. Everything else is easy to use.

Easy in-PC interface to control the activities of the unit; good images, fairly quick to function

Nice printer and very easy to set up. My laptop merged automatically with the it, after I downloaded the HP app. Printing from my phone is easy also. Just select an image or document and it prints right away.

So far I am totally loving my choice in a pinter all in one. Very easy to use and quiet. Which was big bonus. I would this printer for anyone. Also not having to worry about the ink refills is great

I like everything about it. Works great. It would be better if the light did not stay on all the time. I shut it completely off so it will not be on 24/7.

I love the size. It is smaller and does not take a lot of space. I also love the easy set up and it is so easy to use from any device as long as you download the HP app. I would definitely suggest it to a friend!

Over complicated. Seems you can't just buy an HP printer-scanner without a bunch of unnecessary complications. Just want to "plug and play". Internet and WIFI just add complications, more things to screw up. For a home unit the ink service is not needed. Unless you do a lot! of photo printing, or publishing.

Bought this my girlfriend who is in the middle of her masters. Usually I have to set up printers, computers, etc. This printer was very user friendly and easy to work with, prints very nice and sharp, would recommend.

The sales staff did not have the skill set to help me with the printer selection. The manager jumped in and the purchase and details of the printer ended in success.

Great overall printer. Just wished it had a screen connected to it where I can see what's going on instead on having to navigate through my laptop.
