It was cheap, it prints and scans. Photos print good enough for me. The scanner works as it should. For basic needs it does the truck just fine.

The ink program is great! I used it a bunch the first few days I got it and it without even knowing I received my new cartridges in the mail! It was incredible and easy. For $6.99 a month you can’t beat it! Highly recommend!

So far I am loving this printer. It was not hard to set up at all. The instructions were clear and easy. I do say if you are a college student please get this printer! Also I suggest to Dowd load the Hp smart app on your computer for some reason I could not set it up on my phone but it did on my computer. It took a while but I figured it out. Hopefully this printer does not cause me any problems. I was iffy about at first because of the bad reviews i read but I think it just depends on if your printer is defective. But so far so good! :)

The Geek Squad folks installed my printer yesterday. It is connected to my WiFi. They did an excellent job and as usual were very nice people. My experience over the years with the Geek Squad has always been great.

Great compack printer,good color and black prints,fits small areas and holds 100 sheets of paper,nice display and is wireless,Really like it.

I had a very difficult time getting this setup. I contacted HP and the technician took over my computer and zipped through it. Since then, I've been very pleased with it.

This printer has been very dissapointing to say the lease, it's suppose to be a wireless printer yet it will not print anything. Print jobs stay on queu and never print; if connected via usb then it will print. The ink usage is horrible, it will print 15 photos in one normal ink catridge. 27 photos in a high yield ink catridge which very poor. Getting to print from your phone is a horrible experience as well, spent a week trying to get it to print from my phone; wouldn't print. I don't recommend this printer at all, very dissapointing!

This printer works great! I love the fact that it’s wireless plus you have the ability to connect via usb. I’ve printed docs from my cell phone while downstairs away from my office plus straight from my chromebook with no issues.

Very easy to set up and simple to use. I only wish it had a top feeder for the scanner but other than that it's a great value for the money.

printer was fine but great anguish caused by really crappy software. Too bad that HP cant hire good programmers for this could be great printer. Thinking indian low bidder stuff involved in this mess.

The first printer was a lemon but I chose to buy the same product again and so far so good

The HP Envy is a fine for my needs. I would like Envy to power off after being idle for a specified period.

Works well. However only can scan using my phone. Hate that. Need to have option to use computer too.
