New beginnings with a trusted brand

Had to scramble to find something comparable and in stock to purchase and suitable for my particular needs. Well this model definitely fits the bill, easy setup, only 2 ink cartridges as opposed to 4 with the previous model and a superior ink cartridge replacement program that delivers directly to me based on my usage. Smooth consistent operation as well. I approve this endorsement of your product.

Nice printer for the price

Prints good and fast easy to set up for wireless only con is the buttons and there is no off or on button that I have found.

Another great HP product

I did have to call a human who could help me set up the printer through Chrome OS. The human was wonderful, and I was ready to print after only 5 minutes on the phone with him. Anyone who gets this printer, and who has Chrome OS, call HP for set-up help. The printer itself is very good, and meets our needs.

Good with some flaws

Only way to stop it is to turn off printer and on off switch in in an awkward place—in the back left side of the printer and not easily found with touch

Slow delivery of ink!

The thing that I don’t like is the instant ink program. They said they can monitor if you have remaining ink but they do not, I ended up buying my own and so expensive, also I need to contact the support just to ask for supply of ink, the delivery took 2 weeks and I cannot wait!
