    I bought the printer in Best Buy and it’s very good it’s easy to use and to print pictures they come out very clear and good

    The printer often has problems staying online, you have to use an app on your phone to control everything and getting help from hp is horrendous, it takes 45+ minutes to get someone on the phone, and make sure you push the right button otherwise they transfer you and your 45+ min start all over.

    when it is turned on it makes a noise...I do NOT like that since I am a musician and have the printer in my studio. Basically, I have to keep it off and the switch is in the back...not convenient to reach.

    Slim, light all in one unit. No wires except the power plug although you have the option to connect via wired set-up (USB). Set up was easy but a bit confusing especially if you are using an apple or Mac, there are a ton of youtube videos if you wish to gonthat route.
