    The printer often has problems staying online, you have to use an app on your phone to control everything and getting help from hp is horrendous, it takes 45+ minutes to get someone on the phone, and make sure you push the right button otherwise they transfer you and your 45+ min start all over.

    I purchased a printer. The gentleman from the Geek Squad installed it and was very patient explaining to me how it works. I have had no problems using it, so far.
