WORST PRINTER EVER

Well I tried to connect it, along with my daughter who also tried and my son in law who is a IT guy and every time he would get it connected it would go off line again . It goes off line all the time and the paper is always getting stuck in the printer. I always buy HP but this was a real dud...

Slow, have to restart it every other time to keep it connected to the wi-Fi. Had an envy 4500 prior to this one for approximately eight years and it can run circles around this one. very disappointed with up grade. Signed up for the instant ink program because I felt it was using a lot of more ink than my other printer. I wouldn’t rate that about a 3 1/2 star.

App setup is ok, but once it’s up and running its very simple and works well. The HP ink subscription is only useful if you’re constantly printing stuff. Solid printer so far tho

The blue light stays on 24/7 and I don’t like that. The reliability of the printer remains to be seen. Let’s hope this one lasts more than a couple years.
